Ok, now it is getting hot.

When I went for a run at 5:30 this morning it was already nearly 85 degrees out. As soon as the sun came up the heat just kept cranking. Just when the high 90's were starting to feel quite comfortable!

It's not always easy being here. Today I miss:
-my families
-Mia
-healthy kids
-real milk
-not having to sterilize my food with Clorox
-playing in the dirt without the risk of giardia
-gardening and pulling weeds
-having my own car with tranquil places to venture to
-green open space with clean air
-the beach
-my career as a PA

 I love the opportunities we have in India and the opportunities outside of India that our time here affords.....but summer can't come fast enough! 20.5 days and counting...

Momo gets some visitors.

Amie's parents and her aunt and uncle graciously offered to drive down to Annapolis this past weekend to take care of a couple of things with Momo. We are so thankful they were willing to do this, and we have had fun looking at the 200+ pictures Barb took while there. We were giddy looking through the album - here are a few from their trip:

I miss Mia

I often chant this around the house..."I miss Mia...I miss Mia".  Somehow hoping that she can hear me.  

It was Roxy's birthday party. And it seems Mia was slightly more tolerant than Sally to keep her party hat on.
